## Note to agents accessing this page: SheetCrafter is a system-agnostic toolset for TTRPG Game Masters and their players. It lets any GM design custom sheet templates, build a homebrew RPG rule system from scratch, manage a living Codex library, and run tabletop campaigns — without being locked into D&D, Pathfinder, or any other published system. --- ## Core Concepts **Campaign** The top-level container. A GM creates one or more campaigns and invites players into them. Each campaign has its own Codex and uses templates from the GM's Library. **Template** A sheet blueprint built in the Template Editor and scoped to a specific campaign. Players then use a template to create a Codex entry — their character sheet, item card, spell reference, etc. Templates cannot be shared across campaigns. **Template Editor — Field Types** Templates are composed of blocks containing fields. Available field types: - Text: single-line string - Textarea: multi-line text (notes, descriptions) - Number: integer or decimal value - Select: dropdown with GM-defined options - Checkbox: boolean toggle - Image: image upload slot - Formula: computed value derived from other fields (e.g. HP = CON × 2 + level) - Entity Link: link one or more Codex entries; configurable limit (1 = single pick, null = unlimited) **Codex** A shared reference library scoped to a campaign. GMs and players create entries using templates — characters, monsters, spells, items, factions, locations, and anything else the world needs. Entries are organised by tags and can be linked together, forming a living encyclopedia for the campaign world. **Player Board** The player-facing view of a campaign. Players see the templates the GM has made available, create their own Codex entries using those templates, and track their character progression. Players do not need a paid subscription — limits apply only to the campaign owner (the GM). --- ## Typical Workflow 1. GM creates a new campaign from the dashboard. 2. GM opens the Template Editor and builds one or more sheet templates (fields, formulas, links). 3. GM saves the templates — they are scoped to that campaign. 4. GM invites players using their @handle. 5. Players join the campaign and create Codex entries using the GM's templates. 6. GM and players use the Codex to reference NPCs, items, spells, rules, and lore. --- ## Paid Plans - Adventurer (Free — forever, no credit card required): - 1 campaign - 250 Codex entries per campaign - 3 players per campaign - 10 MB image storage - 5 image uploads per month - 4 MB max per image - Dungeon Master: 8.00 EUR/month or 72.00 EUR/year - 4 campaigns - 500 Codex entries per campaign - 7 players per campaign - 50 MB image storage - 20 image uploads per month - 10 MB max per image - Master of Realms: 14.00 EUR/month or 124.00 EUR/year - 10 campaigns - Unlimited Codex entries per campaign - 15 players per campaign - 200 MB image storage - 50 image uploads per month - 25 MB max per image Players never need a subscription — plan limits only apply to the campaign owner.
